Common Questions
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any courses or bundles you've purchased, linked to your Apple ID.
Can I use Boxwood offline?
Yes. All puzzles are stored on your device. You can train without an internet connection.
How do I sync progress across devices?
Sign in with your email, Apple, or Google account from the Settings screen. Your progress will sync automatically when you're online.
Are purchases one-time or recurring?
Every purchase is one-time. You buy a course or a bundle once and own it forever — there are no subscriptions, nothing to renew, and nothing to cancel.
